“I changed my mind”
Is the mortgage payment late and you spent your last dollar at docnz.co.nz? We get it. But, unfortunately, our merch is made-to-order, so make sure you’ve earned the brownie points before you hit ‘Buy,’ because there are no refunds on these items. 😬

“The item never arrived”
Oh, the gremlins did it again, huh? Or maybe the mailman wanted cool merch. Well in that case we’ll check it out with the shipping company for you and get it solved.

“We stuffed up”
This doesn’t happen often, but if something is wrong with your order, our guarantee will cover it. If it’s on us, we’ve got you covered. If not, we’ll see what’s what to get a solution!

Guarantee
All our merch needs to meet quality standards and comes with a 14 day guarantee, covering pretty much everything—except your own stuff-ups. If there’s a defect from the get-go, we’ll sort it out. You’re responsible for return shipping costs though (we know, it’s a bit harsh, but as a non-profit club, we can’t swing it otherwise). Maybe, one day, we’ll change this policy.
